Search Firms
We require all agency/search firms to request and return to the Human Resource Department an executed fee agreement prior to any resume submittal. Resumes received from agency/search firms without signed agreements will not be recognized as valid submissions. A123 Systems will not be responsible for payment of any fees in the absence of a mutually agreed upon fee agreement.
