HMO Blue

All care in-network with primary care physician referral covered 100% (after $5 co-pay for office visits).

Blue Choice NE

Use of network covered 100% with primary care physician referral (after $10 co-pay for office visits).

Non-network or non-referred care subject to calendar year $250 deductible
($500 per family) and 20% co-insurance with a $1,000 out-of-pocket maximum ($2,000 per family).

Blue Care Elect Preferred - For employees living outside New England

Use of PPO network providers covered 100% (after $10 co-pay for office visits). Non-network care subject to calendar year $250 deductible ($500 per family) and 20% co-insurance with a $1,000 out-of- pocket maximum ($2,000 per family).

Dental Insurance - Blue Cross Dental

Blue Cross Dental uses a network of providers in NE, (no network outside NE) and pays 100% for preventive services, 80% for basic services, and 50% for major services to a maximum of $1,500 per individual per calendar year. Orthodontic coverage is offered for children up to age 19 at a minimum of $1,000. For Medical and Dental Insurance, Aspect pays 80% of the premium.

Life Insurance - Reliance Standard

Reliance Standard provides life insurance for 2x salary, with a dependent life benefit. Aspect pays 100% of the premium and coverage starts on the hire date.

BTA Insurance

Business travel insurance, Accident Insurance.

AD&D Insurance

Reliance Standard provides Accidental Death and Dismemberment coverage for 2x salary. Aspect pays 100% of the premium and coverage starts on the hire date.

Salary Continuation Plan

Reliance Standard short- and long-term disability plans provide coverage of 60% of earnings. Aspect pays 100% of the premium.

All coverage begins on date of hire.

Saving Plans

Section 125 Plan/Flex Spending

Employees contributions of up to $2,000 per year toward unreimbursed medical/dental expenses may be paid with pre-tax dollars.

Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)

After 3 months of employment, employees are eligible to contribute 1%-10% of earnings into our ESPP through payroll deduction. Open enrollment periods for the ESPP are June and December.

529 College Savings Plan

You can put away as little as $50 a month into Fidelity's 529 plan for your family's higher education needs. This benefit is available through payroll deduction.

Tuition Reimbursement

Employee must be employed by Aspect for at least one year, and employee’s career development objectives should be suited to Aspect’s anticipated business needs. Maximum amount per year per employee for a degree program is $1,500 for undergraduate degree and $2,000 for graduate degree. There will be $10,000 lifetime maximum on the benefit per employee.

Time Off

Holidays

Ten paid company and two personal/floating holidays per year.

Vacation

0 - 4 years of service - 15 days (1.25 days per month)

Beginning of year 5 - 20 days (1.67 days per month)

Vacation accrues monthly from date of hire; employees may carry forward 5 vacation days each year to year.

Sick Leave

Sick days accrue at 1/2 day per month from date of hire; they are not carried forward.

Most benefits are offered to regular full-time or part-time employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week.
