How to apply
At Candidate Manager, we place a huge importance on providing the highest level of service to all applicants.
With this, we endeavour to provide you with a clear and straight forward application process with the right level of communication so that you know where you stand at all stages.
To comply with data protection regulations we will keep your details on file for a period of 18 months, from when the application process has ended.
Whether you have applied for a specific position or simply applied speculatively, we routinely review our applicant database against open positions and will contact you if we feel one may be suitable,
If however you see a vacant position which you have not previously applied for; please feel free to apply for this. This will notify us of your interest in and intention to apply for that job.
Our typical application process is something like this:
1. Application received & acknowledged email sent.
2. Applications reviewed and next stage, or rejection, correspondence email sent.
3.We will conduct either a telephone or face-to-face interview depending on the job being applied for.
4. Successful applicants may be called for a second interview, psychometric testing or technical skills assessment (if appropriate).
5. In some cases a third interview may be required and a meeting with some key members of the team.
