Our health is our wealth. All Candidate Manager employees with 6 month’s service are fully covered by the company health plan.
Educational Assistance
With Candidate Manager you’ll start expanding your knowledge from the moment you walk in the door. In conjunction with this, we encourage employees to continue their education outside the office. After six months employment, Candidate Manager employees can apply for funding which is relevant to their course.
Staff Training
Ongoing staff training is an important part of our business. We provide specific training, e.g. sales workshops for sales staff, so that all functions are up to date with the latest developments both internally and externally. We invite guest speakers to discuss on a wide range of issues such as stress management, conflict resolution, time management, work-life balance, first-aid and self-leadership.
Social
Candidate Manager recognises the importance of social work events. The Christmas party is the big social event of the year, where employees are taken out for a meal and after dinner drinks. Other events have included clay-pigeon shooting, go-karting, group lunches. For the sports minded, the company has a 5 a-side soccer team
