Giving back to the Community
Candidate Manager looks to give back to the community as much as possible. As well as charity donations and sponsoring charity initiatives (charity walks, cycles etc), we work closely with the National Institute for Intellectual Disability. NIID established the first accredited, third level course for people with intellectual disabilities which is offered through Trinity College Dublin – the two year certificate in contemporary living. A key part of the certificate in contemporary living is that students are offered work experience during the course and assistance in getting placed in employment after graduation. We have offered students work placement as well as employment.

Technical Staff
We are always on the lookout for strong software developers, business analysts and testers to join our product development team here at Candidate Manager.
Ideally, you will be passionate about software in general and web applications in particular. Creating quality software is not just a job but a hobby for you. You are interested in working in cloud-based web application development with all the latest Microsoft technologies in an agile environment.
We want someone who is more than just an "employee", we are looking for individuals who can improve our existing team. We are not overly concerned with experience or education. We know what works and gladly train developers and testers in professional software development practises like automated testing, unit testing, continuous integration, source code management, and design patterns. We care more about your aptitude and desire to build great software.
Software development is as much about communication and collaboration as it is about code and test cases, so it is very important to us that all team members have excellent communication skills with a deep understanding of customer service.
Sales & Service Staff
Whether joining us as a business developer, account manager, consultant or customer service representative we are looking for people with the desire to succeed and who have the ability to understand customers’ needs and challenges on the current markets.
