Main Duties and Responsibilities
We Understand Our Client’s Business
- Understand and respond commercially to client’s overall goals and objectives
- Create and develop relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Manage the practical, day to day delivery of the contracted service with respect to quality, speed and volume of data and the service they are entitled to
- Deliver and monitor contractual obligations and client satisfaction, managing issue resolutions and implementing improvements as identified
- Assist the Consumer Insight Director with account administration, providing appropriate and timely information to internal departments
- Advise on monthly revenue forecasts and contribute to account planning and plans for development
- Identify opportunities for additional revenue/analysis
- Manage induction and training program’s with clients
We Understand Consumers and Shoppers
- Manage the production of appropriate analyses/materials/presentations/written documentation in response to briefs received from client.
- Deliver commercially astute presentations with recommendations that actively seek to meet the objectives of the brief
- Draw from all Worldpanel services in order to provide clients with a wider insight
- Deliver insight to clients through highlighting business implications and actionable recommendations
- Advise on problems in reports and the reporting process
- Implement changes to regular reports in line with delivery strategy

- Responsible for own workload management and providing assistance to line manager in setting work priorities for junior team members where appropriate
- Supervise and assist in coaching and developing junior team members – sharing knowledge, encouraging a culture of learning and positive development
- Work in conjunction with line managers to help develop objectives for junior team members
- Work in conjunction with line managers to give junior team members constructive feedback
- Take part in own Personal Development using the TNS appraisal system
Attend relevant training and seek out opportunities to grow knowledge about the industry, clients and capabilities
Skills Required
- A solid grounding as a research analyst.
- Experience of successful day to day client management in a commercial environment
- Experience manipulating and analyzing data to provide recommendations and insight
- Articulate and credible written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Able to supervise junior team members
- A strong practitioner in the interpretation and analysis of data, and confident in the application of appropriate statistical analysis.
- Able to design and deliver presentations offering commercially astute insights and recommendations
- Creativity in the approach to problem solving.
