Engineering is currently seeking a Staff Manager, Layout for the Vancouver
office.This role is responsible for the
design of a major component or part of a project requiring a thorough knowledge
of engineering and related fields. Incumbents at this level are capable of
handling assignments which involve a variety of design procedures and
techniques. The Staff Manager is also responsible for co-ordinating and
supervising design engineering assignments and related work performed by contractors
or by subordinate professional and technical support staff or planning and
completing highly technical designs.
Requirements
-Senior
Designer with experience as a team leader
-Graduate
of an accredited Technical College or University
-Eligible
for A.Sc.T. or C.E.T. or higher
-15
years + experience in the engineering industry
-Practical
experience in two or more of the following areas:
Schematics,
Process Flow Sheets, Piping and Instrumentation Diagram
Process
and/or Industrial plant design and layout
Process
Piping & Isometrics
