We are currently looking for Study Managers, to oversee front-end studies for our Mining Division. Study Managers will work with engineering, technical and professional staff from a variety of global locations and various disciplines to coordinate and manage front-end study activities. The role of Study Manager will be to deliver studies (conceptual, pre-feasibility or feasibility) on time, within budget and while meeting the requirements of the Company and their Clients.

Responsibilities

-       Working with other study staff and coordinating the study activities across the division;

-       Responsible for producing single and multidiscipline front-end studies;

-       Providing leadership to the study team.

Requirements

-       At least 10 to 15 years experience in the Mining industry, with commensurate experience in a consulting environment having managed studies and EPCM projects;

-       Have a strong track record as a Study Manager leading single and multi-discipline studies;

-       Preferably eligible to sign off as a Qualified Person as defined under NI 43 101;

-       Excellent written technical communication skills and present accordingly;

-       Excellent people communication, leadership and management skills;

-       Demonstrated good people management skills;

-       Willingness to travel internationally.
