The Engineering Manager will be a key member of the company’s management team, and will be responsible for leading engineering product development and delivery for the company’s reservation system (PSS), as well as for growing and mentoring a team of talented engineers and management personnel. Job Description:
ITA Software is seeking qualified engineers to work in its Operations Center. The successful candidate should be reliable and punctual and have worked two years in a 24x7 NOC or have equivalent IT experience.

This position will be responsible for responding to a customer hotline and all paging systems while on duty. This employee will work overnights.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and escalate issues while monitoring a corporate IT infrastructure in support of remote application hosting and data distribution, and support clients in their use of the product and the hosting environments
Monitor 24x7 environments for system alerts and respond according to procedure; also perform proactive monitoring to minimize system alerts and anticipate problems
Report systems and environmental issues to second-level support or management as directed by escalation procedures
Assist with escalations as requested by engineers or management
Answer 24x7 customer hotline, gather the information needed to respond and react according to the guidelines relevant to the reported event; document and escalate hotline calls as required by procedure; maintain contact with the customer through problem resolution and report status periodically as directed by management
Assist with crisis response as directed by crisis management procedures, including coordination of bridge calls, submission of the appropriate notifications to ITA management and customers, coordination of vendor assistance, documentation of events and response, and participation in risk assessment and problem resolution

A unique opportunity for a Reporting Architect to design and implement a
new reporting system. The Reporting Architect will revamp the current
reporting system by designing, implementing and maintaining data

have strong Perl, database, and SQL skills, data warehousing background
and experience with front-end reporting applications.

The Reporting Architect will be involved in design of extracting,

The position will provide functional and technical leadership for the

The Network Monitoring Engineer, or NMS Engineer, will be directly responsible for the selection, design, configuration and automation of existing and new Network Management Systems (NMS). The NMS Engineer will be a self directed contributor working within and with the Network Operations group to provides tools and knowledge to bring automation, reporting, and improved management experience to the network operations.

Responsibilities:

Manage Hierarchical Nagios and Cacti installations.
Create new plugins for Nagios.
Design and Deploy OpenNMS Infrastructure.

As Account & Support Manager, you are responsible for the overall relationship between ITA and our customers - overseeing business and technical relationship and serving as the single point of contact between the customer and various departments within ITA.

The Account Executive, EMEA, will be responsible for profitably developing and enhancing ITA Software’s relationship with customers throughout the Region. Reporting to the Regional Vice President, EMEA / India, the Account Executive will have overall responsibility for the satisfaction of the designated customers and will be responsible for proposing and meeting the Company’s commitments to those customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide Thought Leadership and Insights

Maintaining a high level of knowledge of the Company’s products, services and capabilities, and identifying ways in which to match such offerings to the needs of the designated accounts; remaining knowledgeable about the Company’s pricing practices and value propositions relative to competitors.
Identifying senior executives, decision makers and functional specialists throughout the designated accounts – building and maintaining meaningful, trusted relationships with them – so as to guide, influence and enhance their assessment of the Company, its products and services.
Working with the Business Development team and supporting the Marketing / Strategy teams to provide meaningful insights and forecasts for the development of the designated accounts.

2. Drive Business and Commercial Development

The Account Executive will be expected to meet or exceed revenue growth targets developed for the given year by the Chief Commercial Officer.
Additional criteria will be developed to assess performance based on Customer Satisfaction Survey results for designated accounts.

As Product Analyst, you will be leading the development and management of business requirements for new features and core product features from concept to delivery. The analyst will be a primary interface between the Commercial organization and Development, QA & Operations for his or her product area of responsibility

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of product requirements gathering and documenting features for your area of responsibility
Develop feature descriptions, user requirements and use cases for area of responsibility

ITA Software is changing the world of travel and is looking for a highly motivated Senior Software QA Automation Engineer to help lead our automated testing efforts for our expanding product offerings. The successful candidate will manage many of the short- and long-term tasks essential in extending our QA tools and techniques to efficiently certify our product. Strong development and QA expertise, demonstrated project and team leadership skills, acute attention to detail, and willingness to learn all about the travel industry are your keys to success at ITA. Additionally, the right candidate will be able to motivate others, promote best practices, balance priorities, schedule resources, attend meetings, and communicate effectively within and outside of the group.

Responsibilities:

Own and deliver the definition, implementation, and maintenance of automated solutions for system verification
Organize, update, and coordinate test tool development activities to maximize reach and return on effort
Synthesize large volumes of internal and external information and distill into framework and test case plans
Communicate clearly with Development, Product Management, and Operations to ensure adoption and reach of test tools
Provide framework and test case documentation, training, and support for all team members
Fix framework bugs and improve test architecture, including adding required unit tests
Perform detailed analysis of product and test tool failures
Research and communicate product software defects to team members
Develop and execute policies that will ensure efficient architecture, performance, and ensure quality software
Provide timely status and planning updates
Model and teach best practices to peer and junior members

Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years software QA or Development experience, building and testing applications in Unix/Linux environments
Solid understanding of quality assurance and software development methodologies
Demonstrated programming experience usage Java, Python, or other programming language
Demonstrated skills in integration, deployment, and large scale application testing
Strong test strategy creation and implementation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Team Leadership and Project management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of the travel industry a plus
