ATS Review – Consultation & Review
For this review, we provide Senior Consultants with excellent knowledge & experience in recruitment, project implementation & management, process design, recruitment marketing and using technology effectively to deliver true business results.
The review will take the form of a Senior Consultant engaging with the customer’s senior stakeholders, internal sponsors, system users and other relevant parties through a workshop session and telephone interviews. The senior consultant will then carry out further analysis within system stats, the wider recruiting environment and on the information provided in the workshop and interviews.
ATS Review – Reporting & Findings
Once the review is complete, you will be presented with a comprehensive report outlining in-depth analysis on:
- Key successes to date,
- Areas where improvements are required
- Realistic recommendations on how these can be achieved.
