Job Purpose       
The holder of the role needs experience in B2B marketing and website management. This role will have responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and monitoring IDA Ireland’s online and digital presence. As IDA Ireland implements its Marketing Strategy, which has content and measurement at its core, the importance of having a dedicated resource managing the agency’s online presence has become a requirement.

Key Responsibilities
The Level D role in Communications (Marketing) performs the following functions:
  • Managing all aspects of the website
  • Managing relationships with relevant suppliers, including web developers, media buyers and creatives
  • Project management of content schedule to ensure content and data is kept up to date and accurate
  • Managing and reporting on data analytics including preparation for GA4
  • Optimising content on the site for SEO
  • Managing and commissioning multiformat content to keep our story fresh
  • Identifying requirements for further development of the build
  • Ensuring compliance with accessibility standards, compliance and legislation, as applicable 
  • Integrating with the Digital Transformation project including forms, user journeys and gated content

Essential Requirements
  • Ability to work well under pressure, flexibly as a member of a team and independently on own initiative in terms of time worked and tasks undertaken;
  • A relevant third level business/sector related qualification and/or relevant business experience;
  • This role may require international & domestic travel and flexible working hours;
  • Experience in the area of digital marketing is essential;
  • A full driving licence is desirable;
  • Experience with Kentico or equivalent CMS desired
  • Ongoing flexibility and interest in international career progression and development is required, including an interest in gaining overseas experience with IDA.
Salary Scale
€46,697 to €67,169 per annum contributory superannuation
Rising by long service increments to €68,784 (after 3 years satisfactory service at the maximum of the range)
