Based in Letterkenny Co. Donegal, Ireland, our aim is to enhance Prudential Financials’ business performance by bringing forward strategic, innovative and cost-effective solutions.

We are seeking a MS Project Online expert to lead the implementation and configuration of MS Project Online for Business Groups across Prudential.

You will upskill an existing team in MS Project Online while working with internal customers to get the most from Project Online.

The successful candidate will work within an Agile Team and apply detailed MS Project Online knowledge to formulate solutions that help internal customers maximize their ROI from the use of MS Project Online.

The ideal candidate will have a recognized third level IT qualification. They will also have 2+ years MS Project Online and MS SharePoint experience.

Experience, abilities and skills:

The candidate will provide guidance and support to help drive the adoption of Microsoft Project Online within Prudential

Detailed knowledge and experience with MS Project Online and SharePoint is essential.

General Skills

  • Experience with implementing large PPM solutions on the Microsoft Project Online platform.
  • Ability to act as a Consultant and Advisor to Business Groups in their use of MS Project Online.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience working with Business Customers in explaining or demonstrating system functionality.
  • Pro-active in prioritizing and managing your own workload and the workload of others.
  • Experience in dealing with multiple different stakeholders on a Project.
  • Able to anticipate situations and react quickly to issues that arise.
  • Knowledge of Agile or experience in working as part of an Agile team would be a distinct advantage

 

Technical Knowledge (Advantageous but not a prerequisite):

  • Microsoft or project management certifications
  • Knowledge of & experience in other PPM tools
  • Familiarity with 3rd Party tools / add-ons to Project Online and SharePoint
  • Knowledge of & experience in Business Intelligence Tools (Business Objects, Cognos,  Jaspersoft, Power BI, Tableau)
