Executive Assistant – CCBS (2 years FTC)

The CCBS Division is one of the key operating teams in IDA.  The Division works with some of the largest and most interesting digital, consumer products and professional services companies in the world to help them grow their international business from Ireland. Key clients include Google, Uber, Facebook, Twitter, AirBnB, Accenture, Amazon, LinkedIn, Electronic Arts, eBay & Zalando
JOB PURPOSE             
To co-ordinate the work of the CCBS Division to provide administrative support to the Department Manager, and undertake a diverse range of activities that support the Division in delivery of investments from the sector.
  • To provide a high quality and efficient administrative service to the CCBS team to include, managing incoming phone and email, invoices, event logistics and office diary etc;
  • To support the Divisional Management Team in the coordination of activities to progress key strategic initiatives;
  • To update the Customer Relationship Management System as requested and from this to produce  a weekly report on progress toward targets for the Management Team;
  • To work with Project Executives and Divisional Management to gather key metrics and data related to organisational performance and ensure that such activities are performed;
  • To assist the Division with day-to-day administration such as meeting coordination, draft letters of support for IDA clients requesting visas and green cards and other matters;
  • To help in the preparation of high-quality presentations and other marketing material;
  • To support the team in the development and management of effective fact-finding programs for clients and prospects alike;
  • To deliver key tasks by ensuring dignity, respect, equality and work life balance in the workplace;
  • To ensure that continuous learning and development is undertaken through informal and formal learning and participation in the Performance Management and Development Review Process.

Additional Requirements  
  • An in-depth knowledge of standard computer packages, proficiency and experience in the use of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essential together with the ability to use social media platforms;
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet challenging deadlines;
  • A Diploma level qualification is essential together with an interest in working towards a Degree qualification;
  • Aspects of this role will require travel and working outside of normal office hours.

Salary Scale  
€20,913 per annum contributory superannuation
22 days annual leave
