  • Collate, validate, and interpret data from CAFM systems, compliance platforms, helpdesk systems, and third-party contractors.
  • Design and deliver dashboards and regular reporting packs covering areas such as PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance), reactive maintenance, contractor performance, compliance, sustainability, and capex.
  • Lead the integration and visualization of data using tools such as Power BI, Excel, or equivalent analytics platforms.
  • Develop standard KPIs for facilities performance across multiple stadiums and support benchmarking across sites.
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Act as the primary point of contact for MI queries within the Facilities Team.
  • Partner with Facilities Managers, Compliance Teams, Finance, and Project Delivery to ensure alignment on data and performance metrics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on trends, risks, and inefficiencies.
Systems & Process Improvement
  • Drive continuous improvement in data collection, validation, and reporting processes.
  • Ensure data integrity across systems including CAFM, asset registers, and compliance tools.
  • Support system upgrades, integration projects, and training for staff on MI-related tools.
Compliance & Audit Support
  • Produce evidence-based reports for internal and external audits.
  • Track statutory compliance KPIs and highlight gaps or overdue actions.
  • Support ESG and sustainability reporting initiatives, including energy tracking, waste reporting, and carbon metrics.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in an MI or data reporting role, ideally within property, estates, or facilities management.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI, or other data visualisation tools.
  • Experience working with CAFM systems (e.g., Planon, Concept, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of property compliance metrics and facilities KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  •  Solutions-focused, curious, and passionate about driving improvements.
  • Able to communicate complex data in a clear and accessible way to non-technical audiences.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to work collaboratively across departments.
Desirable
  • Experience within the sports, stadium, or large venue sector.
  • Knowledge of statutory property compliance (e.g., fire, legionella, electrical safety).
  • Exposure to capital project tracking or lifecycle planning data.
