The Infrastructure PMO is responsible for portfolio governance, financial oversight, regulatory reporting, compliance and business intelligence across the Infrastructure function. The team provides financial, schedule and performance insight to support decision-making, demonstrate delivery of strategic outcomes and benefits, and meet the reporting requirements of key stakeholders, including the CRU and DCEE.

PR6 Re-openers & Regulatory Reporting
Support and coordinate the financial forecasting, analysis and evidence required for annual PR6 re-opener submissions and regulatory funding requests.
Maintain the financial evidence base supporting re-openers, regulatory reporting and future Price Reviews.

Provide financial analysis and reporting to support stakeholder requirements.
Financial Governance, Data & Reporting
Develop and maintain financial reporting frameworks for the PR6 Network Capex portfolio.
Ensure consistency of financial assumptions, forecasting methodologies and reporting across EirGrid and ESB Networks.
Support the continuous improvement of financial governance, controls, reporting processes and portfolio management systems.
Define and document business requirements for financial reporting, forecasting and portfolio management tools.
Business Partnering & Cost Management
Work closely with Cost Engineers, Programme Managers and Project Managers to understand project cost estimates, key cost drivers and forecasting assumptions.
Establish traceability between cost estimates, approved baselines, forecasts and regulatory funding requests.
Partner with Finance, Group Regulation, ESB Networks and the PMO Lead Cost Controller to support portfolio reporting and forecasting.
Build effective working relationships across project, programme, finance and regulatory teams.
