Role Purpose
Planning & Portfolio Management
Determine and track against programme baselines and produce accurate, impactful, and timely reports to enable analysis of actual programme performance, working closely with TO colleagues, programme stakeholders, and the Finance Partner.
Own the integrated change roadmap and any associated artefacts, ensuring they iterate in line with internal customer feedback and opportunities for automation, and coordinating input and updates from relevant stakeholders as required.
Support in the co-ordination of transformation inputs to the Annual Business Plan
Support Transformation Office leadership in the facilitation of senior change fora
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Own the on-going preparation and delivery of the Transformation Office reporting suite to GLT, Board, and other key audiences, coordinating input and updates from relevant stakeholders as required
Provide regular updates on programme milestones and progress, clearly communicating status, risks and remediation plan to stakeholders
Work in conjunction with colleagues to define and monitor key value-related metrics in order to measure outcomes and impact of the Vhi Future Ready Programme

Promote a culture of innovation, continuously seek opportunities for improvement within the role, team and the organisation as a whole, particularly with regards to automation and efficiencies
Provide project management support across the Transformation Office
Education & Experience
BA/BS degree in a business or technical field, or equivalent practical experience
5 years’ experience in a Project Management Office
Proficiency in Jira (essential); experience with Tableau (desirable)
PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) desirable, but not essential

Familiarity with agile methodologies and program management tools & frameworks
