Working Arrangements

📍 Initial Training: Fully on-site in Kilkenny
🏠 Post Training: Flexible hybrid working model combining office and home working

What will you do
  • Support new and existing customers through inbound calls
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and sales support
  • Build strong relationships and customer trust
  • Understand customer needs and recommending suitable health insurance solutions
  • Manage enquiries relating to new business and policy renewals
  • Achieve individual performance targets while maintaining service excellence
  • Navigate multiple systems efficiently and accurately
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues and business teams
  • Participate in a rotating Saturday roster (1 in every 4 Saturdays)
What will you need to be successful

Experience & Qualifications
  • A third-level qualification or 1-2 years' experience in a customer service or sales environment
  • APA qualification (CIP or Dip PMI) or willingness to complete it with company support
  • Strong IT and system navigation skills
