Mercedes-Benz South Dublin is proud to introduce a unique and prestigious offering, the Mercedes-Benz South Dublin Exclusive Mobile Valeting Service, a concierge-level, luxury valeting experience available exclusively to our valued customers. In line with our dedication to redefining premium ownership, this new service reflects the sophistication, attention to detail, and convenience that our brand is renowned for.
Initially based out of Pottery Road facility for a period of six months the successful candidate will move to operate from a fully equipped Mercedes-Benz Citan, our mobile valeting unit delivers an exceptional level of vehicle care at our clients' preferred locations their home, office, or even at our dealership. Every detail of this service has been designed to elevate the ownership experience and reflect the exacting standards of the Mercedes-Benz brand.
We are now seeking a professional, passionate, and customer-centric Mobile Valetor to represent this exclusive service. This is not a standard valeting role it is a high-touch, luxury-focused position offering white-glove care to a select client base. You will be the face of this initiative, delivering excellence and creating memorable experiences for our customers on a daily basis.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver high-end, professional valeting services to Mercedes-Benz customers at on-site locations using a fully outfitted mobile van.
Perform premium detailing services, including Express Cleans, Premium Valets, and advanced treatments such as Ceramic Coating and Leather Conditioning.
Maintain and manage your mobile valeting station to the highest Mercedes-Benz standards, ensuring all tools and products are well-stocked and maintained.
Engage with clients in a friendly, respectful, and polished manner — upholding the luxury standards expected of the Mercedes-Benz brand.
Capture and post high-quality social media content (TikTok/Instagram Reels) that showcases your work and promotes the service in a brand-appropriate way.
Record and manage appointments, customer feedback, and service outcomes using internal systems to track satisfaction and service quality.
DELIVERING CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
Provide a seamless, door-to-door luxury service for Mercedes-Benz clients.
Adapt to different customer needs while maintaining the same high standard of care and professionalism.
Maintain discretion, reliability, and premium service etiquette at all times.

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Previous experience in car valeting or detailing, particularly within a premium or luxury context.
Clean driving licence and confidence navigating Dublin and surrounding areas.
A customer-first mindset and comfort interacting with a high-end client base.
Experience or willingness to learn social media engagement, especially short-form video content.
Passionate about the Mercedes-Benz brand and motivated to represent it with pride.
