MSL Motor Group require a Mercedes-Benz Valeting Team Lead for our new, state-of-the-art Mercedes-Benz North Dublin Dealership. This development of Mercedes-Benz North Dublin is a new, purpose-built dealership representing a significant milestone for both the Group and the Mercedes-Benz brand in Ireland. This state-of-the-art facility will bring together our existing Mercedes-Benz North Dublin sales operation on the Navan Road with our MSL Service Centre Mercedes-Benz, dedicated element of our service operation at North Circular Road, consolidating both into one modern, purpose-built hub at North City Business Park.
The implementation of MAR20X represents a significant advancement in enhancing the customer journey bringing together the hallmark elements of luxury, trust, ease, and respect. Key duties & responsibilities to include:
Managing the flow of day-to-day operations of valeting.
Providing any training and guidance that team members may need.
Responsibility for compiling weekly, health and safety audits to management.
Reporting attendance, punctuality and overtime to management.
Summary of individuals weekly productivity to management.
Giving daily updates to management.
Valeting, washing, hovering and preparing customer vehicles to a high standard.
Cleaning valeting areas, ordering supplies, carrying out site maintenance and general site housekeeping duties.
Collecting and delivering vehicles as required.
The successful candidate will ideally:
Have previous experience in a similar role.
Hold a valid full, clean and current driving licence.
Be trustworthy, reliable and conscientious.
Have the ability to work under time pressure and meet agreed deadlines.
Exhibit good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
Work well as part of a busy team.
Be flexible in their approach to work.
