The Role
TCS is looking for an experienced Cyber Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to manage end‑to‑end service delivery for a strategic enterprise client. The role is responsible for governing operations, ensuring service excellence, managing stakeholders, and driving compliance and continual improvement, primarily across Cyber Security and IT service domains. The SDM will act as the single point of accountability for service performance and customer satisfaction, working closely with client leadership, engineering teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
Your responsibilities:
Service Delivery & Governance
Own overall service delivery across agreed service scopes and contracts.
Ensure compliance with SLA, and KPI commitments.
Govern Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes in line with ITIL best practices.
Act as the primary escalation point for service, delivery, and operational issues.
Lead major incident reviews and root cause analysis (RCA).
People & Team management
Customer & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary interface between TCS and customer leadership.
Build strong relationships with client stakeholders including Cyber, IT Operations, and Governance teams.
Chair service review meetings and present service performance metrics, risks, and improvement plans.
Ensure transparent and proactive communication with all stakeholders.
Cyber Security & Compliance Delivery
Oversee delivery across Cyber Security domains such as:
Identity & Access Management (IAM)
Endpoint / Device Security
Cloud Security
Network Security
Data & AI Security
VAPT
Ensure adherence to security governance, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Support audits, compliance reviews, and security assurance activities.
Ensure cyber‑related changes follow approved governance and risk‑assessment processes.
Change & Risk Management
Govern standard and emergency change requests (CRs / EMG CHGs).
Ensure appropriate impact analysis, approvals, and rollback plans are in place.
Identify and mitigate delivery, operational, and compliance risks.
Address process gaps and recommend improvements.
Team & Vendor Coordination
Coordinate across internal TCS delivery teams, customer teams, and third‑party vendors.
Support onboarding of new resources and ensure operational readiness.
Drive collaboration across Engineering and Operations teams.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities for service optimisation, automation, and standardisation.
Drive initiatives to improve service stability, security posture, and operational efficiency.
Implement lessons learned and best practices across delivery.
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
Mandatory Skills
Strong experience in Service Delivery / Delivery Management roles.
Sound understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release).
Proven experience managing large enterprise customers.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and escalation handling skills.
Experience delivering services in Cyber Security or Infrastructure environments.
Preferred Skills
Exposure to technologies such as Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Defender, Conditional Access, DLP Compliance or similar platforms.
Experience working in regulated or security‑sensitive environments.
ITIL certification or equivalent service management qualification.
