Role Overview
This role supports TUPE/ARD transfers, Employee Relations, and HR Business Partnering across TCS Ireland. It partners with business leaders to deliver strategic HR solutions, manage complex organisational change, and ensure compliance with Irish employment law.

Key Responsibilities
TUPE & Transitions
  • Manage end-to-end TUPE/ARD transfers, including insourcing activities
  • Partner with customers, HR teams, and suppliers during transfer processes
  • Support bids, transitions, workforce planning, and change programmes
  • Prepare and deliver stakeholder presentations and cost restructuring activities
Employee Relations
  • Lead complex ER activities including restructuring, redundancy, and consultations
  • Provide expert advice on Irish employment law and risk mitigation
  • Manage individual and collective ER cases (disciplinary, grievances, investigations)
  • Develop and deliver ER strategies aligned to business needs
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, unions, and external partners
  • Ensure all documentation is legally compliant and records are maintained
  • Train and support managers on ER matters and employment legislation
HR Business Partnering
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on people strategy
  • Drive workforce planning, talent management, and organisational design
  • Lead engagement, culture, and change initiatives
  • Support transformation programmes and business growth
  • Use data insights to inform decisions and improve performance
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion

Skills & Experience
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment law, TUPE/ARD, and restructuring
  • Experience managing complex ER issues and stakeholder negotiations
  • Ability to operate strategically and hands-on
  • Strong communication, influencing, and presentation skills
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making capability
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to manage sensitive situations
  • Resilient, pragmatic, and results-focused
Special Working Conditions
  • Travel within Ireland and sometimes UK including overnight stays
  • Some working outside recognised office hours
