We are looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative team player to join our Sales Administration team at Connolly Motor Group, Collooney, Sligo. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working within a structured process-driven environment and takes pride in getting the details right.You will play a central role in ensuring vehicle orders are processed accurately and efficiently from start to finish. You will be working closely with colleagues internally, across the Group — from the Sales team to Finance and beyond — so strong working relationships and clear communication are important for this role.
The working hours are Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.30pm and Friday 8.30am to 4.00pm Friday.Role Responsibilities____________________________________________________________________________________- Processing and managing vehicle orders from placement through to registration and delivery, ensuring every step is completed accurately, and on time
- Checking all sales documentation for completeness and accuracy, and maintaining well-organised records for easy retrieval
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal colleagues — keeping the Sales team updated on order progress, timescales, and any action required
- Completing sales invoices in a timely manner and liaising with the Finance team on invoicing documentation
- Raising purchase orders for part-exchange vehicles and ensuring the relevant HPI and mileage checks are completed
- Identifying and resolving any anomalies in documentation, working with the relevant teams to get these rectified promptly
- Building and maintaining strong relationships across departments, understanding their requirements and consistently meeting their expectations
- Following dealership procedures, and contributing to an efficient, well-organised administration function

- Strong attention to detail - you take care to get things right first time and spot errors before they become problems
- An ability to follow established processes consistently and confidently in a busy environment
- Previous administration experience is a definite advantage, whether in a dealership, office, or any process-driven setting
- Comfortable managing your own workload in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines
- A professional and positive approach in all your dealings with internal colleagues
Sales administration experience is not required. If you have a good eye for detail, enjoy working as part of a team, and are confident following structured processes, we'd love to hear from you.
