We are currently seeking experienced Electrical Site Supervisors to join our team, working on a 3&1 rotation on major Data Centre projects across Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of MV and LV cable installation packages on large-scale construction sites. You will manage on-site teams, coordinate project activities, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the installation of MV and LV cable systems, including routing and pulling cables on-site
  • Manage daily work schedules and delegate tasks to ensure project targets are met
  • Promote and enforce Health and Safety procedures in line with site and company standards
  • Maintain high-quality workmanship and ensure compliance with project specifications
  • Track time and attendance of crew members and conduct return-to-work interviews as needed
  • Resolve on-site issues or conflicts effectively and escalate when appropriate
  • Support and mentor team members, providing guidance and opportunities for skill development
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and operational processes
  • Complete any other duties required to support the team and project success

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in site supervision, preferably in MV/LV electrical installations
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams in fast-paced environments
  • Prior experience working on Data Centre projects is an advantage
  • Fluent in written and spoken English (minimum C2 level)
  • EU citizenship or visa-free travel eligibility within the EEA
  • Full understanding of Health and Safety practices relevant to construction and electrical works
  • Proactive and solutions-focused, with excellent communication and organisational skills
