We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in Data Centre environments to join our growing team. This role will play a key part in delivering high-quality technical projects, ensuring design accuracy, documentation compliance and efficient coordination between engineering, BIM/CAD and construction teams.

Responsibilities
Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications and design documentation
Develop and manage accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) aligned with project requirements
Maintain redline drawings and track all design revisions/changes throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinate closely with BIM/CAD teams to support the development of As-Built drawings and detailed technical documentation
Assist in the preparation and compilation of Operations & Maintenance (O&M) manuals
Manage the submittal process, including preparation and submission of technical documentation and tracking approvals and maintaining submission logs
Liaise with stakeholders including clients, engineers, contractors and design teams to ensure project alignment
Ensure all deliverables meet quality, compliance and project timelines
Requirements
Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager/Designer within telecoms and data centre projects
Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure, structured cabling and data centre systems
Experience reviewing technical drawings, specifications and schematics
Demonstrated ability to create and manage BOMs
Familiarity with BIM/CAD processes and deliverables
Experience with as-built documentation and O&M manuals
Strong knowledge of submittals and approval workflows
Excellent attention to detail and document control skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Creation and management of project test setups/files on Fluke Linkware and Viavi software platforms
