We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Power Platform Developer to support the design and delivery of enterprise-grade business solutions within MTM Engineering. This role sits within our technology function and will work closely with architects, analysts, technical teams and business stakeholders to build scalable, maintainable applications and integrations. The primary purpose of the role is to develop solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse and Azure services. The scope includes application development, Dataverse customisation, API integrations, Azure-based integration services and support for Finance & Operations data exchange. The role will also support Agile delivery, production enhancements and continuous improvement of business systems.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop custom solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365 and Dataverse
  • Build model-driven apps, canvas apps, custom tables, plugins, workflows, actions and business logic
  • Extend Dynamics 365 capability through custom APIs, integrations and reusable components
  • Develop and support Azure-based integrations using services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus and Data Factory
  • Design robust Dataverse data models that support scalability, performance and maintainability
  • Support integrations between Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Dataverse and wider enterprise systems
  • Maintain solution quality through effective use of Azure DevOps, Git repositories and release management practices
  • Work closely with architects, analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Participate in Agile delivery activities, including sprint planning, development, testing and production support
  • Support continuous improvement through enhancements, troubleshooting and technical best practice

Requirements
  • 5+ years’ experience developing solutions across Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365
  • Strong knowledge of Dataverse, solution customisation, extensibility and data modelling
  • Experience working with Azure services including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus and Data Factory
  • Good understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations data entities, interfaces and integrations
  • Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, PCF controls and API integrations
  • Experience using Azure DevOps and Git-based source control
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in Agile environments with technical and non-technical stakeholders
