  • Analyze historical data and trends to forecast demand and determine optimal inventory levels.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile discrepancies between systems and physical counts.
  • Track, monitor, and manage purchase orders and delivery schedules to meet production and customer requirements.
  • Evaluate supplier performance, lead times, and pricing to support sourcing decisions.
  • Collaborate with procurement to ensure cost-effective purchasing strategies and timely material replenishment.
  • Identify and resolve supply chain issues, shortages, and overstock situations.
  • Generate and present regular reports on inventory metrics, turnover rates, and cost analysis.
  • Strong experience in Inventory Management system (SAP, Oracle, Pemac, etc.)
  • Assist in developing and implementing inventory control policies and best practices.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to optimize inventory storage and movement.
  • Manage the supplier open PO lines process through the RPA (automation).
  • Support invoice and receiving issue resolution.
  • Help with stock issues for craftsmen when needed.
  • Work with Stores Manager and the Stores & Engineering teams to :
    • Optimise re-ordering stock parts through PEMAC using usage, lead times, Min Qty.,Re-order level & Re-order quantity
    • Optimise cycle-counting process for stock parts
    • Document outside and on-site warehouse stock and move to PEMAC as necessary
    • Identify further low-level / fast moving stock items to move free issue
Education & Experience:
  • Experience in Inventory or Supply Chain Management or related fields.
  • 2–4 years of experience in purchasing, inventory analysis, or supply chain roles.
  • Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
