About the Role: 
As a Condition Monitoring Engineer, you will work with a range of industrial machinery to help identify issues before they lead to breakdowns. You’ll use tools such as vibration analysers, ultrasonic instruments, thermal cameras and more. 
Full training and certification support will be provided. 
 
You will: 
  • Collect data from rotating equipment (motors, pumps, fans, gearboxes, compressors) 
  • Learn to identify early warning signs of mechanical faults 
  • Support maintenance teams with practical insights and recommendations 
  • Gain experience across vibration, thermography, ultrasound and oil analysis 
  • Produce simple, clear reports (training provided) 
  • Work across a variety of client sites and industries 
  • Be part of a supportive team with ongoing mentoring 
Who We’re Looking For: 
You do not need to be a qualified analyst; we will train the right person. 
We’re looking for individuals who: 
  • Have good knowledge of rotating equipment and how machinery & industrial systems works 
  • Enjoy hands-on mechanical work and solving problems on mechanical work and solving problems on mechanical work and solving problems 
  • Are curious, eager to learn and open to developing new skills 
  • Can communicate clearly with clients and colleagues 
  • Are reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently focused, focused, and able to work independently 
  • Hold a full driving licence 
Experience in maintenance, mechanical fitting, electrical work, reliability, or plant operations is an advantage - but not essential. 
Training & Development: We will support you to gain: 
  • Vibration Analysis certification 
  • Thermography & ultrasound training 
  • Oil analysis skills 
  • Reporting and diagnostic training 
  • Opportunities to progress into senior roles
