The Opportunity
Due to our continued growth, we have an immediate vacancy for a Restructuring Advisory Consultant which offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a highly progressive environment.
The successful candidate will work as part of the Restructuring Advisory team with responsibility for:
Members Voluntary Liquidations (“MVL’s”)
Managing a large portfolio of MVL’s
Preparing documents for Directors and Shareholders meetings
Attending Directors meetings
Preparation of statutory documents
Liaising with Company directors, accountants, solicitors and creditors in relation to the management and timely completion of assignments
Reconciling bank accounts and preparing estimated outcomes
Preparing company office returns for liquidation assignments
Preparing Revenue returns (CT, VAT and PAYE/PRSI) for assignments
Assisting with preparation of employee claims to Insolvency & Redundancy funds (where necessary)
Monitoring CRO/Revenue filing deadlines for each assignment
Quotations/Reporting
Preparing quotations and letters of engagement for MVL’s and ensuring our onboarding process is managed
Client reporting.
Brand Building and Business Development
Assist in the preparation and production of campaign brand building material in conjunction with our Marketing team.
Assist in identifying new sources of business
Attending selected events.
Attending weekly Growth meetings.
Tracking Prospects and leads
Monitoring tenders
General
Working as part of the Restructuring Advisory Team and assisting with ad hoc assignments when required
About the Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will ideally have the following skills and qualifications:
Ability to foster trusted relationships with our clients, combined with strong commercial expertise.
Team player with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent report writing and analytic skills and experience in research methodologies.
A good work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude and approach to work.
Ability to work on your own initiative
Ability to work to tight deadlines
To be organised in your approach to work demonstrating good attention to detail
Experience/Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years experience in a similar position
Liquidation experience not essential
Previous Company secretarial and/or bookkeeping experience would be beneficial
Good working knowledge of word and excel essential
