The Opportunity
We have opportunities within our Core Functions HR team and the Consulting Transformation, HR and Change teams. These are dynamic roles which will involve you supporting a broad range of assignments and areas of human resources. These roles form part of our graduate programme and are initially offered on a 2–3 year basis, with the potential to become permanent after that.
It is envisaged that the successful candidate will be tasked with:
Providing end-to-end administrative support for recruitment campaigns
Assisting with the provision of appropriate advice across a range of HR topics to clients or line managers
Assisting with learning and development activities such as arranging and scheduling training
Work collaboratively with more senior members on the team on more complex requirements
Drafting contracts of employment and employment policies & procedures
Providing assistance on strategic projects as required.
Administrative support on reporting requirements
Providing support to other service lines or internal projects as required.
Any other relevant duties that arise
About the ideal candidate
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
An appropriate third level qualification in a relevant business discipline, such as Human Resources, Psychology or Organisational Development
Have a minimum of 6 to 12 months HR experience
Excellent attention to detail and report writing skills;
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
A good work ethic with a positive, can do attitude and approach to work
Desirable - experience within a professional services firm
Desirable - qualification or keen interest in employment law
