The Role 
As a Full-stack Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, creating, and maintaining fully developed platforms with servers or databases, showcasing your proficiency in both front-end and back-end development. In this role, you will manage a project from conception to final product, requiring good organizational skills and attention to details.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate within several internal systems. Understand and follow internal cross functional processes to support the wider team and escalate pending cases with Customer and internal teams.
  • Work within a team and focus on continuous improvement and growth. Drive increased efficiencies through automation and tools you author.
  • Maintain the database information - querying SQL Server Database.
  • Develop Code in front-end and back-end.
  • Create User Cases and Tasks using Azure DevOps.
  • Prepare Documentation related to test plan of Disaster Recovery Systems.
  • Design, write and deliver software to improve the availability, scalability, performance, security, resiliency, telemetry and efficiency of a service. 
  • Contribute to debugging, troubleshooting complete stack of a service and drive analysis of an outage; write software and build automation to resolve problems permanently. 
  • Engage in service capacity planning and demand forecasting, software performance analysis and system tuning. 
  • Participate actively in code reviews, bug/issue triage with the feature teams, and support well informed decisions towards business and engineering goals.
  • Contribute to partner improvement through development of partner score card and the continuous measurement of partner performance against system and process SLA. 
  • Review and influence ongoing design, architecture, standards and methods for operating services and systems; assess design and code changes to drive improvements and ensure supportability through design.
  • Identify opportunities for increased efficiencies via a continuous review of telemetry failures & recurring failures. 
  • Conduct periodic on call duties. 
  • Build business continuity and disaster recovery plans based on end-to-end processes.

Your Profile 
Key Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
  • Exposure to SLA.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exposure to accurate and high-quality service.
  • Experience in driving Process improvements and standardisation efforts.
  • High attention to detail, be effective at working both independently and as part of a team and be comfortable working with ambiguous/undocumented processes.
  • Experience in Customer Service Sector.
  • Exposure to Agile Scrum Project Management.
  • Knowledge of Azure Cloud Development.
  • Exposure to querying relational databases.
  • Expertise in MS technologies such as C#, SQL Server, etc.

Good to have:
  • Back-end code development – E.g.: C#.
  • Front-end code development – E.g.: Java Script, Angular, etc.
  • Experience in creating Power Bi Reports.
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Operations.
  • Exposure to Azure DevOps.
  • SAP knowledge.

Candidates should ideally hold appropriate right to works for Ireland for a long-term position.
