The Role
At TCS’s Global Delivery Centre in Letterkenny, we are working to enhance an existing partnership and create a near-shore presence to support the US market.
We are seeking talented, passionate and innovative people to work on the Fineos Integrated Disability & Absence Management platform.

Key responsibilities:
  • Design, Develop and test Fineos applications.
  • Collaborate with business analysts to understand the business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure that all solutions are aligned with industry standards.
  • Work with QA team to ensure that all applications are thoroughly tested.
  • Work with SMEs to understand, prioritize and advise on application focus and rollout.

Key Skills/ Knowledge/Experience
  • Experience in Designing, Developing and testing Fineos applications.
  • Strong knowledge of Fineos Architecture and data model.
  • Proficient in Fineos programming languages (e.g., FPL, FPK).
  • Experience working with Java & SQL.
  • Experience with Fineos integrations like web services and APIs.
  • Experience in working with Integrated Disability & Absence Management.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
  • Articulate issues clearly and communicate effectively with all levels.
  • Strong relevant experience.
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
