Content Strategist
We are looking for a high-quality Content Strategist to help companies create powerful, meaningful, and effective content strategies. We want someone who is adaptable and agile, a team player but also happy to lead and develop new talent. The successful candidate will be aware of digital channels and mediums and demonstrate a record of results and successful outcomes. Key responsibilities
As a Content Strategist, you’ll work with business partners to develop the goals, objectives and a high-level strategy of their content.
 
  • Advising clients on content strategy solutions to grow/retain their customer base
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to set and understand content objectives
  • Use persona mapping and customer journeys to define content needs
  • Strategising and improving content delivery and promotion
  • Devising and advising on SEO/SEM strategies opportunities and building them into the workflow to scale
  • Managing team members and improving their skills
  • Generate regular reports and insights for clients

Your Profile 
Key skills/knowledge/experience
  • Strong experience in content strategy
  • Ability to lead and advise stakeholders
  • Exceptional content development track record
  • Experience as a creative, strategic, and data-driven leader with sharp instincts for connecting content ideas to business outcomes
  • Strong collaborative skills to work with teams around the world
  • Ability to leverage consumer insights, digital trends, and innovative marketing techniques to optimise customer acquisition, engagement and retention across platforms
