The Role 
Our client is reimagining the future of app experiences for their customers. Building on the success of current app experiences, they are seizing the opportunity to redefine how a mobile app can deliver modern luxury experiences for each of their brands.
We are looking for a Digital Content Specialist to work on our clients Brand Experience squad. The squad are accountable for ensuring that the App(s) deliver on the modern luxury principles for each of our client’s brands. There are 3 key focus areas that you will be expected to support the squad delivering:
  • Content – Provide expertise in numerous areas of content related areas to the OneApp team; from helping to define the right content to bring into the app, to sourcing and/or briefing teams to create content, to localising and loading content into our Adobe content management system for the 60+ markets; we are the content specialists.
  • Communications – Provide expertise on app communications, specifically for push notifications and inbox messages. Like the role we play in content, we write briefs for the teams creating the communications, oversee the building and localisation of notifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Brand – Become a brand evangelist; it is our responsibility to understand our customers and ensure that we are not only delivering content and communications tailored to our different customer personas, but we also have a duty to support the wider team to ensure that we are designing the right CX, UX & UI for each brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to source and/or develop engaging and relevant content and communications, that drive users to open and engage with the mobile app.
  • Utilise our Adobe and Salesforce tools, loading and testing, and amending content & notifications.
  • Write clear, concise, and compelling briefs based on personas for our different brands, and in-line with our comms and app strategies.
  • Understand how other luxury brands deliver exceptional content and apply those principles to deliver unique experiences for our brands.

Your Profile 
Key skills/knowledge/experience:
  • Previous experience of working in a content/communications role; with experience of delivering personalised content/communications to customers.
  • Experience of working with Adobe Experience Manager and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preferable), ideally with a mobile app focus.
  • Have a strategic mindset, able to deliver to a brand strategy and, with proven experience of being able to understand brand principles, customer experience principles, customer personas, etc, and able to has been able to apply these to successfully oversee the delivery of experiences across digital channels.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, able to review and challenge design thinking, ensuring only modern luxury content is used in App.
  • Previous experience of working in an Agile framework.

Good to have:
  • Team player that is willing to roll their sleeves up and pick up tasks outside of their comfort zone.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • Background in luxury goods content/communications.
