The Role 
Our Client is reimagining the future of Customer Experience and is working to improve speed to market and effective of its marketing landscape.
Workfront is a key area where they believe they can manage projects better end to end and find efficiencies/use cases through the Adobe product.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The Adobe Workfront Lead has solid understanding of general and advanced business Marketing practices including the ability to identify gaps and issues in processes and systems.
  • Experience with reporting structures, project management, approval workflows, and other typical business functions are a must.
  • Experience with Workfront API and endpoints.
  • Successful candidate will be the primary go to person for anything related to Workfront.
  • This role requires working directly with Project Teams, Technical Teams, and end-users. On occasions dealing with and managing senior stakeholders
  • The Adobe Workfront Lead will design documents, roadmaps, templates, layouts, queues, custom forms, reports, and other project artifacts that meet requirements.
  • The user will work with the support team to diagnose support challenges raised by end-users.
  • Contribute / deliver end-user Workfront training.
  • Maintaining and monitoring of API integration between Workfront and integrated systems like Creative tools, AEM assets and other MarTech tools, Consulting & Feasibility analysis and product out of the box features mapping.

Your Profile 
Key skills/knowledge/experience:
  • Previous experience of working in a marketing team using Workfront.
  • Have a strategic mindset, able to deliver and, with proven experience of being able to understand marketing principles to successfully oversee the delivery of experiences across digital channels.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, able to review and challenge design thinking.
  • Previous experience of working in an Agile framework.

Good to have:
  • Team player that is willing to roll their sleeves up and pick up tasks outside of their comfort zone.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
