The Role
As a Cyber Security Consultant, you will be the trusted advisor to our customers CISOs. You will work closely with the CISOs to advise, shape and drive the Cyber Security Strategy resulting in driving our business in consulting engagements and managed services. This role will be key to contributing the company’s Cyber Security Services growth plans. It will afford the opportunity to build your expertise and mastery of cybersecurity, cyber risk management and compliance while exploring emerging cyber security threats, technologies, and opportunities across industries.
  • Develop and deliver thought leadership with customers across industries and in industry events.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of new services to support business growth, creating and refining processes, and providing content to sales and marketing to commercialize solutions.
  • Assist our clients in understanding today’s cyber threat landscape, assess the maturity of their cyber security capabilities and define a strategy to become cyber resilient.
  • Strengthen our clients’ cyber security capabilities.
  • Assist in the design of the right enterprise and solution security Strategy for our clients.
  • Work with wider Cyber Security Practice of TCS to develop solutions catering to clients’ requirements.
  • Leverage your ability to understand SOWs, customer proposals, project notes, deliverables, and final reports; assimilate previous experience, relevant subject matter, data, facts, and results; and develop relevant scenarios, methodologies, processes, and “lessons learned.”

Your Profile
Key skills/knowledge:
  • Experience in a similar environment.
  • Active leadership in aspects of IT strategy relating to Cyber Security and Compliance.
  • Strong consulting experience and an understanding of cyber security.
  • Provide input to and craft specialist points of view for the market/industry.
  • Problem-solving attitude.
  • Recognised as an industry leader.
  • Experience of working with Cyber Security Services in National Critical Services/Govt. Organisations/Ex. Service.
Experience required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in: Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Public Policy, Law, or a related field is required; master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record and success in leading an IT Security Program including the development and implementation of security policy, procedures and/or safeguards.
  • IT-GRC, GRC, CSOX, CSOXP, GIAC, CBCP, CISSP, or CISA certifications.
  • Strong passion for Security and People.
