The Role
As a Cyber Compliance Delivery Lead, you will be working with the Head of Governance, Risk and compliance within the Information & Cyber Security team. This role involves driving, leading and managing/maintaining the Security Governance and Compliance activities within the Governance, Risk and Compliance Pillar of the Information and Cyber Security (ICS) team.

Key responsibilities:
· Take the lead and proactively progress key governance and compliance initiatives as defined by objectives and see them through to completion.
· Be the SME Lead for internal and globally external ICS compliance requirements (including GDPR, SOX, SWIFT, PCI-DSS, HIPAA etc).
· Own the ICS governance and compliance strategy and support/contribute to the evolution of the overall ICS strategy.
· Set the internal and external benchmarks of compliance for JLR ICS.
· Develop, Implement, enhance, and maintain Governance Fireworks e.g.IT project governance, Connected Car, supplier/vendor security.
· Define, implement, enhance, and communicate key governance and compliance related process.
· Define, implement, and communicate governance and compliance artefacts e.g. Policies, Standards, KPIs.
· Work alongside legal, business protection and audit terms as well as third parties to define and embed cross-organisation security governance and compliance processes and measure adherence.
· Conduct information security compliance audits across the organization and work with the business to remediate areas of non-compliance.
· Capture, develop and present Security Governance and Compliance metrics and reports for management information as required, using both formal and informal reporting mechanisms.
· Receive, manage, and progress Governance and compliance tickets/business queries.
· Support IT and the business in adhering to documented ICS policies, standards, and procedures, providing education and awareness (in conjunction with the E&A manager) on these where relevant.

Key skills/knowledge/experience:
· Comprehensive knowledge of external compliance requirements.
· Knowledge of definition of information security processes, functions and practices aligned to best industry practices.
· Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage simultaneous priorities under pressure and in line with changing deadlines.

Good to have:
· Bachelor's Degree / Diploma or equivalent experience in a relevant area of study with a preference for Information Security, Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
