The Role 
As a SAP ISU Billing Functional Consultant, you will support of the largest utility customers in Ireland in smooth functioning of SAP ISU Billing area. You will work in a functional support/project team supporting SAP ISU for the following functional areas:
  • Design and solutioning in modules of SAP ISU Billing & Invoicing and integration with device management, EDM and Finance modules.
  • Interpret and implement business requirements and supporting the current SAP production systems.
  • Provide SAP configuration and requirement analyst skills, Interpret Business Unit Requirements for new functionality and assist with the creation and estimation of Change requests.
  • Provide support for user tickets and batch support often working alone after hours responding to support calls.

Your Profile 
Key skills/knowledge/experience: 
  • Extensive hands-on Functional experience in SAP ISU Billing and Invoicing including meter to cash process and integration of ISU billing with DM and FICA.
  • Functional specification, functional/ integration/ performance testing/ regression testing etc.
  • Reporting and documentation/ writing for audit reasons and for smooth transition of projects to support.
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills are mandatory for interaction with different stakeholders involved in the Projects (i.e., in the business process definition stages, design, testing etc. with technical and non-technical people).
  • Knowledge of standard testing practices for SAP Projects.
  • Ability to maintain a common set of scoping, design, implementation and test artefacts and templates in line with agreed project definitions.
  • Experience of working on large SAP projects.
  • Experience of all phases of project lifecycle.
Good to have:
  • Knowledge of the Electricity and Gas markets North and South in Ireland.
  • Previous experience with the application HP Quality Centre (i.e., for the creation and execution of test scripts and the resolution of Defects).
