The Role 
As a Creative Designer, you will manage and deliver marketing solutions as part of the Digital Marketing Team. You should be familiar with marketing campaigns and comfortable taking direction from written and verbal creative briefs and offer consultation on these too. This role requires a creative design thinker with strong print and digital background, who can deliver visually and editorially compelling assets for a high-level audience both internal and external to the business. We want to grow the career of someone who can create multichannel solutions capable of telling a story both in digital and traditional formats. We are looking for someone who enjoys big challenges, likes to think outside the box, and can work with a high level of velocity.
Key responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team, supporting creative operations to execute elegant, intentional, editorially relevant designs.
  • Develop concepts for multi-channel digital assets and print materials and conduct creative pitches that clearly communicate your idea.
  • Understand trends within the scope of the industry they are working in.
  • Digital marketing with a social media focus.  
  • Integrate digital nuances into delivery to support digital initiatives.
  • Consult on content, design, layout, and support digital strategy, advising on best practices and providing solutions when the business requires it.
  • Develop and maintain close relationships with key business partners.
Your Profile 

Key skills/knowledge/experience:
  • BA in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
  • Good years of relevant industry experience.
  • Exceptional creative design skills, with a creative flair and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Confident and comfortable pitching your ideas to communicate your concepts to senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in the full Adobe Suite particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Demonstrate the ability to perform well and remain organised under tight deadlines.
Good to have:
  • Experience working with Ceros.
  • Accessibility knowledge.
