The Role
As an HR Business Partner, you will be a key member of the HR team, supporting delivery of the HR strategy to add value and drive business performance by providing expert people solutions.
  • Provide proactive HR advice, guidance and coaching to leaders, managers, and associates to facilitate on-going delivery requirements
  • Be responsible for all Talent Engagement matters for your assigned business area including but not limited to deploying HR processes and policies, Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Change Management, Maitree, and Corporate Sustainability activities.
  • Work with other internal departments to ensure that people related issues are dealt with in a timely manner, in line with the Company’s policies and procedures
  • Build credibility and knowledge of the company/client partners to effectively support business needs.
  • Provide quantifiable data and inputs to all relevant Business and Functional Heads. Monitor trends and patterns and analyse data for insights and proposed solutions.
  • Advise on a wide range of employment relations issues, including but not limited to, sickness absence, and performance management.
  • Conduct and advise on investigations including grievance and disciplinaries.
  • Review and develop HR policies and procedures (in conjunction with the policy lead) to meet the needs of the organisation, respond to changing legislation, and facilitate the adoption of best practices.

Key skills/ knowledge: 
  • Ability to build effective relationships and trust.
  • Results-driven, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
  • Ability to review data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis.
  • Strong influencing skills.

Your experience
  • Demonstrable HR Business Partner/generalist experience.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, flexible global environment.
  • Knowledge of applicable employment regulations.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a busy environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of developing effective relationships across all levels of the organisation and with diverse client groups.
