The Role
We are looking for a Back Office Administrator to join our company. The Administrator will support the team leader and whole team in looking after our customers as they move into the new life stage of Retirement.
  • Prepare quotes, vetting documentation, new business processing for Annuity and servicing these post-retirement products.
  • Engage directly with financial advisors/customers via phone/email as we process their work requests.
  • Ensure tasks are completed within time scales that meet our customers’ expectations.

Your Skills/Knowledge
  • Experience in providing customers with the right quote for their policy when they are coming up to retirement.
  • New Business on boarding of Annuity policies that comes internally from Retirement Claims and externally from other Life Offices
  • Experience in servicing Annuity policies on the system – creating incomes, processing surrenders.
  • Highly skilled at delivering excellent service to distribution channels.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
