Saongroup, together with our sister company Universum, are looking to hire an Employer Branding Sales Executive. This is a great opportunity to become an expert in the growing field of Employer Branding. Your role will be to sell our products and services to new and existing customers - helping support the growth of our business in Ireland and Northern Ireland by actively seeking new sales opportunities, as well as deepening relationships with your growing portfolio of prospects and clients. You will be a champion for employer branding both internally in the Group and externally with companies and organisations throughout the market.

This role will be a hybrid remote & home working. Our office location is Grand Canal, Dublin 2.


In this role you will:
  • Achieve new business development, upsell and renewal targets of Universum’s Employer Branding Academy and suite of employer branding insight reports, workshops, advisory and activation services.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities by engaging new and existing customers through LinkedIn, our employer branding marketing activities, closing inbound sales enquiries and outbound telephone sales, determining prospects current and future challenges and identify opportunities to address these challenges through Universum’s employer branding solutions with proposal writing and presentation delivery as part of the consultative sales process.
  • Manage your growing base of clients and prospects; building long-lasting relationships with multiple points of contact via call, email, social media and in-person meetings to deepen relationships, generate positive engagement and create opportunities as you build and manage your pipeline.
  • Embed yourself into the local Employer Branding community and help to grow it.
  • Working closely with HR and Marketing managers, Departments and C-level executives in some of Ireland’s largest organizations to sell and implement solutions that enable them to stand out as an employer and hire & retain the best talent for their company.
  • Participate as the local expert on employer branding in marketing activities such as webinars, events, content creation, etc.
  • Transfer experiences and knowledge about regional trends, developments and client strategies to help organizations improve their employer attractiveness.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data in order to make strategic decisions and recommendations for clients.
  • Transform research data into practical and actionable recommendations to drive quantifiable business impact for clients as well as facilitating in-person and virtual focus groups and workshops.
  • Work closely with colleague across the business to generate prospect relationships and engage them on employer branding.
What you bring to the team:
  • Experience in business to business sales, including proven experience of delivering against targets for new business & existing account development – experience in consultative selling to or working within HR or Marketing is a plus
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and a “can do” attitude
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new processes and environments
  • Experience with client pitching and new business proposal presentations
  • Passionate about the evolving employer branding landscape with an ability to communicate new trends and practices to prospects, clients and colleagues
  • A good knowledge, understanding and experience of qualitative and quantitative market research methods and analysis together with experience sharing actionable insights through presentations is useful
  • A university degree (or equivalent)- preferably in business, marketing, communications or related field
