We are looking for a Programme Manager (This is a fixed term maternity contract). Location can be flexible across our network of international offices in Dublin, London, Poland or Germany. The Opportunity:
Programme Management is a cross-functional governance role, with the primary purpose of resolving conflicts and disputes. Programme Management is focused on large-scale programmes of work, involving multiple teams and tribes, guided by (but not restricted to) the objectives of the company strategy.

Core responsibilities:
  • Planning appropriate programme structures
  • Measuring programme delivery status
  • Holding responsible stakeholders accountable for delivery
  • Identifying and resolving programme level risks
  • Ensuring appropriate NFR treatments are in place
  • Identifying key stakeholders to support with risk and NFR resolution
  • Dependency mapping
  • Maintaining and processing programme risk logs
  • Maintaining and processing action/decision logs
  • Maintaining and processing appropriate communications plans
  • Regular updates to participating teams
  • Regular updates to stakeholders
  • Regular steering committee meetings
  • Maintaining appropriate records and reports
  • Maintaining financial/budget position for programme
  • Ensuring cross-functional awareness and flow of information
Additional responsibilities:
  • Reviewing delivery plans against programme expectation
  • Reviewing high-level workflows and critical path analyses
  • Creating visuals and stories to illustrate over-arching programme value
  • Acting as escalation point for emergent risks and issues
  • Negotiating compromise solutions, with business interest in mind
  • Managing individual cross-functional projects wherein a single team is deployed across domain boundaries
  • Managing solo projects, such as RFPs
  • Reporting to senior stakeholders
