Supports the Portfolio Management department with various organizational tasks, including securing Firestone’s lien and managing the risk are these activities through insuring timely filing, amending, terminating and continuing UCC processes and title perfection.
Key Accountabilities:
  1. Provides support to the Portfolio Management department for various tasks related to lien perfection, UCC filings, data entry, data validation, searches, regulatory compliance, annual title audit, updating various systems, and scanning. 55%
  2. Sustains data input quality specific to review of all essential information listed on UCC, title documents and appropriate company systems for accuracy and correctness to provide assurance for timely and correct filings; releases; lien perfection; and required third-party vendor responsibilities to assist to insure all loans are properly secured and overall risk exposure is mitigated. 20%
  3. Examines title release requests to insure we have sufficient collateral coverage and the release can be processed at no risk to the Company prior to VP, Portfolio Management review and signature.  Identifies inaccuracies and provides input to third party vendors for title and registration. 15%
  4. Ensures compliance with all banking laws, rules regulations and prescribed polices/practices/procedures necessary to reduce risk and uphold ethical standards related to and required by one’s duties. 10%
  5. Performs other duties as assigned.
  •  Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience)
  • 3+ years’ credit loan administration experience preferred.
