Post Title: Senior Digital Campaign Manager

Rate of Pay and Benefits: Salary offered will be commensurate with relevant experience and the level of responsibility undertaken in the post.  Benefits include (subject to certain eligibility criteria) membership of the Group Pension Scheme, up to 25 days paid annual leave and an Occupational Sickness Scheme.

Accountable to: Partnership Planner 

Purpose:

Working within the Partnerships Department, you will oversee the implementation of digital marketing campaigns for partnerships across Manchester Untied platforms. The primary focus will be to manage campaign scheduling and assets to maximise exposure across all digital channels. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing large scale and multichannel marketing campaigns. 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Develop and manage calendars for large scale campaigns across digital channels 
  • Responsible for developing campaign scheduling accordance with set strategy for each campaign / project 
  • Oversee the development of campaign assets with relevant teams to ensure successful performance on digital channels 
  • Quality control – ensuring all campaigns are on-brand, on-message and consistent with brand expectations 
  • Work, support and inform colleagues on best practice for digital campaigns 
  • Review performance and proactively using data to enhance performance
  • Manage tracking and measurement of partnerships campaigns, working with core areas of the business 

Experience: 

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in managing multiple and large-scale digital campaigns 
  • Extensive experience in working with social media channels, with particular focus on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram
  • Ability to manage advertising campaigns across digital channels 
  • Strong scheduling and analytics experience
  • Experience of working with multiple teams in order to hit tight deadlines
  • Strong character with the ability to be analytical, objective driven and organised
  • Ability to improve campaign performance using insights and data

Hours of Work

The employee is required to work 35 hours per week, based on a working week of Monday to Friday. The role may include some domestic and international travel. Some extra working days / hours may be required from time to time.
