We now seek an Operational Analyst who is responsible for drafting change requests and test cases and attending Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure functional aspects of system changes are acceptable. You will bring your knowledge and analysis to bear in the role to support readiness for releases as well as the resolution of issues, investigation of queries and support of market audits. 

You will draft technical documents including Change Requests and use cases for new system releases resulting from system improvements identified and modification requests, and coordinates these with third party vendors. You will design and develop tools to extract the necessary data to investigate queries and support market audits, working with the team to bring forward system improvements. 

You will have a third level degree in a relevant discipline, with typically 2 years relevant technical experience. You will have experience of software testing and system release programmes as well as experience of SQL, VB and database structures. 

You will have strong attention to detail and quality orientation as well as strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving capability. You will be an effective communicator with excellent report writing capability and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
