We have an immediate opportunity for a Junior Account Manager within our New York office. This role involves assisting and supporting the operations of the Sales and Account Management teams and ensuring the smooth running of our daily office operations. What You’ll Be Doing:

Client support duties will include:
  • Providing proactive customer support to clients by working closely across teams to ensure that client issues and needs are communicated clearly and resolved effectively.
  • Examining client accounts, handling first-line client queries, and assisting the sales team with the timely resolution of issues.
  • Reviewing and distributing sales reports.
  • Providing site administration and support on client accounts.
  • Building relationships with key customers as well as managing and delivering to their expectations.
  • Creating, executing, and revising support processes as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Supporting the sales team with queries, tenders, proposals, client requests, and presentations.
  • Assisting in the organization of client meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Providing support for program activities and assisting with content development.

Office administrative duties will include:
  • Providing administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer, North America.
  • Answering incoming calls and escalating queries to the appropriate person.
  • Greeting clients, visiting employees and guests, and managing office workspace to accommodate same.
  • Managing relationships with third party providers (stationery suppliers, cleaners, etc.)
  • Acting as a “culture ambassador” for the office, planning and organizing team building exercises and outings.
  • Ordering and stock-taking of all supplies for the office.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • A competent and professional manner, especially in client-facing situations.
  • A positive “can-do” attitude and a friendly, personable manner.
  • Ability to multi-task and proactively take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Inventiveness and resilience with a focus on achieving set goals and objectives.
  • A team player who’s enthusiastic and dependable.
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be a distinct advantage.
