Based in our New York office, the Professional Services Consultant will be responsible for overseeing the execution of client projects in Intuition’s Custom Business unit in North America. This is a consultative and client-facing role. The successful candidate will possess a unique combination of skills in project coordination, consulting, solution design, and working on a team. While not a project manager role per se, the Professional Services Consultant will work with Intuition project managers to ensure project excellence and client satisfaction.

This role will report directly to the Chief Executive Offer, North America. In addition to being the point of contact during a project lifecycle, the Professional Services Consultant will also be expected to help identify additional opportunities for assisting clients and growing revenue.

This Role Involves:
  • Managing the deployment of Intuition’s products and services.
  • Building networks with new and within existing accounts to strengthen overall relationships and provide as-needed support to drive revenue growth.
  • Promoting digital content and related consultancy services.
  • Innovating new approaches to meet clients’ needs and budgets.
  • Report/proposal writing and client-facing presentations.
  • Consulting with management and business development on client relationship status and business issues.
  • Signing off on all product design deliverables (including technical and editorial) in association with the client project manager.
  • Maintaining close contact with client representatives to ensure that client deliverables and milestones are met.
  • Brainstorming ideas with the product development team on various projects.
  • Contributing to the innovation drive within the company.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in creative consultancy, learning, and development, or equivalent, ideally in a client-facing role.
  • Proven track record in sales or a revenue-generating role.
  • Ability to execute under tight deadlines in a highly collaborative organizational structure.
  • Personal initiative and drive with the ability to work independently to achieve objectives.
  • Genuine interest in learning, growing, and pushing boundaries to develop quality programs, products, and services for our clients.
  • Innovative yet pragmatic thinker who applies creative solutions to client problems.
  • Highly detailed, organized, and efficient.
