We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary teams in the development of highly interactive learning content. Based in our Dublin or Limerick office, this role requires creative collaboration with our graphic design, multimedia, instructional design, testing, and editorial teams as well as managing external suppliers and engaging subject matter experts to deliver cutting-edge content for our customers around the world.

Main Duties Include:
  • Managing multiple training course development projects.
  • Producing detailed project plans specifying the project's technical scope, goals, strategy, budget and potential risks.
  • Organizing and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion.
  • Assembling and coordinating project team members; assigning individual responsibilities.
  • Reporting on project plan progress and status to the Production Manager on a continuous basis.
  • Consulting with management and Account Managers on client relationship status and pre-empting potential business issues.
  • Assessing client change requests and advising on key impacts.
  • Sign-off of all product design deliverables (technical, editorial, etc.) in association with the Production team.
  • Reviewing status updates prepared by project personnel and modifying schedules and plan as required.
  • Preparing project status reports and keeping the team, management and others informed of project status and related issues.
The Successful Candidate will:
  • Have a minimum 2.1 Honours or Master’s degree in Business, Project Management or a related discipline.
  • Have at least 1 years' experience in a project management role.
