We are looking for talented graduates wishing to pursue a career in international business development and management. These fulltime, permanent positions will be based initally in our Dublin office and will then be based permanently from one of our global sales offices.

The ideal candidates for these positions will be innovative, driven, and highly motivated to succeed. They will be client-focused with excellent communication skills and a “can-do” attitude. The ability to multitask and work independently are key requirements, while ambition and diligence are expected as standard.

The successful candidates will be involved in a wide array of activities in order to gain exposure to, and build familiarity with, our products, services, and markets. Initially, this will involve working with other members of the team in a support capacity to manage and grow overall client relationships, before taking on more client-facing, revenue-driven roles.

These roles involve:
  • Identifying new markets and business opportunities
  • Assisting with the development, performance, and profitability of client accounts
  • Building relationships with key customers as well as managing and delivering to their expectations
  • Creating detailed proposal documents
  • Conversing with customers at both a professional and technical level
  • Promoting awareness regarding new products and services to the client base
  • Working closely with the wider sales team to deliver solutions to key clients
  • Assisting in the organisation of client meetings, conferences, and events
  • Providing administrative support to the Sales team (preparing orders, reports, etc.)
  • Providing proactive customer service by working closely across teams to ensure client issues and needs are communicated and resolved effectively

Minimum requirements:
  • An appropriate third-level qualification in a business-related discipline
  • Excellent communication skills
