The Graduate Financial Researcher & Editor will be a key member of our Know-How team. Intuition’s Know-How product is the market leader in financial markets digital learning, with hundreds of clients including the world’s leading investment and commercial banks, asset managers, accountancy and consultancy firms, and central banks/regulators.

Working alongside Intuition’s internal and external subject matter experts and product design specialists, the successful graduate will have the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing success of Know-How as we continue to expand the product and enhance the learning experience for our clients.


Duties include:
  • Sourcing and assimilating content on all aspects of banking and financial markets with a view to creating digital learning courses that adhere to a clearly-defined editorial brief
  • Reviewing and validating externally-generated content and liaising with SMEs (subject matter experts) in relation to any issues identified
  • Writing clearly and succinctly and in conformity with basic pedagogical principles
  • Creating supporting materials such as spreadsheets and charts to enhance the core learning content    
  • Developing video storyboards to transform text-based content into video-based learning with a view to enhancing the learning experience 
  • Sourcing media and graphic assets from stock libraries to be used as supporting content assets
  • Inputting content into the in-house authoring tool using the available templates and screen types
  • Performing onscreen reviews of all course elements to ensure the highest standards of quality
  • Dealing with content-related customer queries and responding as appropriate
  • Undertaking research to assist in product development

Editorial Graduate Profile
  • You are a high-achieving Graduate with an Honours Degree or Masters in a Finance or Economics discipline
  • You have an understanding of the basic workings of financial markets and products, and a very keen interest in developing this knowledge 
  • You have excellent writing and editing skills
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly with its various functions and uses in the context of financial markets
  • You are eager to learn, develop new skills and challenge yourself professionally
